What happened

PLACEHOLDER. The result, stated plainly, with the number if there is one. This is the part recruiters scan for, and it is the reason the outcome field exists.

The problem

PLACEHOLDER. Open on the situation as it actually was, not on the solution. What was breaking, who felt it, and what it cost.

The approach

PLACEHOLDER. The decisions worth defending, and what was traded away to get them. A case study is an argument with evidence in the middle of it.
