About
I started in UX and product design, and I still work like a designer. The craft didn't change. The material did.
The material now is generative models, the GPUs they run on, and the code that holds them together. I build AI systems and the products around them, end to end. Layout, copy, schema and code sit in one head, so they argue the same idea.
I came to code from design, so I know how a screen can look right and say nothing. That habit carries over. I pick the problem, name the trade-off, and cut what does not earn its place, whether the thing in front of me is a screen or a pipeline.
Here is what that looks like. Ryn Studio puts my own ComfyUI workflows behind five web tools that run on a GPU the visitor brings. Ryn Runtime is the Docker image that makes a rented GPU boot the same way every time. For Invicti, the small web team I develop for, I built a lead engine and the portal it feeds, at no cost per lead. Smaller builds sit beside them: Sine, a cinema programme for tonight; Fika, a gift sent as a link; and Pressproof, a photobooth app still waiting for its first printer.
I set the scope, make the calls and test on my own machine. AI agents type most of the code under my direction. Every case study ends with what is still unfinished, because that is the part you would ask me about anyway.
Start with the case studies. If one of them looks like a problem you have, get in touch.
